MEASURING EQUIPMENT FOR PARTS IN PRODUCTION
At Induma we design and manufacture equipment for the verification and testing of parts and assemblies. We provide versatile and high-precision technological solutions appropriate to the needs of each application.
Our equipment is manufactured on a pre-designed AP-2-LV-D platform that combines high performance with flexibility, incorporating short cycle times, accelerated information processing, connectivity to control and communication networks and manufacturing tools such as Statistical Control of the Production.
MEASUREMENT METHODS
With a high density of measurements per linear centimeter, high precision and great analysis capacity, this method allows us to obtain complete geometric profiles of the pieces.
The generated profile is analyzed to determine if the part meets the requirement. Commonly you can dimension specific points, slopes and angles, ends, centers and referenced points, changes in profile, detection and measurement of holes and, practically, any specific geometric characteristics.
Through the use of linear transducers and probes, this system allows us to accurately measure specific points.
The use of vision systems allows us to measure geometric characteristics at the same time as verifying discrete characteristics, which provides great flexibility.
